- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Add fresh lemon juice and ginger pieces to high powered blender.
- Puree.
- Using spatula, pour/scrape puree into nut bag and squeeze liquid into small glass jar.
- Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
- Add 1 tbsp of liquid to glass of water or tea daily.
