The greatest contributor to our health as well as recovery from illness is how we eat! One of the most important and simple understandings for our health is the knowingness that certain foods can support our health and healing and other foods can contribute to illness and inflammation. To be able to make the best choices in choosing our food, we need to have a full understanding of what these foods are.
Are you familiar with ‘Gluten-Free’? Do you know how to avoid gluten and potential hidden sources? Have you heard about the benefits of a Paleo Diet? During these Healthy Eating Coaching sessions, we will sift through these terms with clarity and simplicity and I will teach you about what foods are inflammatory and what foods are healing foods that can help reduce inflammation, pain, and illness in the body.
During the initial session, we will chat about your goals and your needs. Are you needing support in the kitchen in the form of instructional cooking lessons to learn how to cook healthy food in an easy and simple manner? Are you wanting meal planning support for you and your family? Are you looking for a greater understanding of how to make the best choices for your food? The time we spend together during these Healthy Eating Coaching Sessions will be customized specifically to your needs.
In addition to learning the ins & outs of eating clean and healthy, I can also customize cooking lessons for you! You tell me what your wish list it and I teach you how to create it in the kitchen. Maybe you are struggling with meal planning for you and your busy schedule or your family… or maybe you are bored with what you know how to make and want to learn more diverse meals. Whatever your goals in the gluten-free and paleo realm, we can work together to refine your skills in the kitchen.
Healthy Eating Coaching Sessions can be in-person or over the phone. These sessions can include meal planning & strategizing. The initial ‘short’ session is FREE (about 1/2 hour in length). This is when we learn about each other, and I discover what your goals are. [Cost: Initial 1/2 hour consult is FREE; Sessions cost $150 and typically last 1 hour.]
