Ginger & Lemon Juice
Ingredients
4-inch
piece of ginger
peeled and chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Add fresh lemon juice and ginger pieces to high powered blender.
Puree.
Using spatula, pour/scrape puree into nut bag and squeeze liquid into small glass jar.
Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
Add 1 tbsp of liquid to glass of water or tea daily.
