Ginger & Lemon Juice
Ingredients
  • 4-inch piece of gingerpeeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
  1. Add fresh lemon juice and ginger pieces to high powered blender.
  2. Puree.
  3. Using spatula, pour/scrape puree into nut bag and squeeze liquid into small glass jar.
  4. Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of liquid to glass of water or tea daily.
