Ingredients: 1 quart unsweetened hemp milk (or other milk substitute); 1/3 cup raw honey; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 pinch sea salt; 3 tbs raw cacao powder, unsweetened

Hot chocolate (naturally sweetened & dairy-free)

Ingredients

1 quart unsweetened hemp milk or other milk substitute
1/3 cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch sea salt
3 tbs raw cacao powder, unsweetened

Instructions

In a saucepan, add all ingredients.
Heat on medium heat while stirring with whisk until all ingredients are incorporated and smooth consistency and desired temperature is reached.
Add mini-marshmallows and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

My marshmallow recipe is fantastic, but plan ahead because you need to leave about 6 hours for the marshmallows to set!
