Chocolate seed & nut bites (gluten-free, paleo-friendly)

hemp seeds

sunflower seeds

sesame seeds

cup
chia seeds
1/2
cup
walnuts, chopped
1/2
cup
almonds, chopped
1/4
tsp
sea salt
1/2
cup
Karen’s Naturals Just Cranberries, chopped
1/4
cup
raw cocao powder
(can substitute with unsweetened cocoa powder)
1/4
cup
maple syrup (or other natural sweetener)
You can reduce the sweetener amount in this recipe if trying to reduce sugar more.

unsweetened sunbutter
(can substitute with any type of unsweetened nut butter)
Instructions
Add all seeds and nuts and cocoa powder in large bowl and mix well.
Add maple syrup and stir until seed/nut mixture is wet and sticky.
Add nut butter and mix well.
Line container with parchment paper.
Spoon mixture into parchment paper lined container.
Cover with another sheet of parchment paper and use knuckles to push mixture down and flatten/spread out through container.
Refrigerate overnight, then cut into preferred bite sizes and enjoy!
