Traditional Charoset
  • 2 applespeeled, cored and diced or grated
  • 2cups walnutschopped
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2cup orange juicefreshly squeezed
  • 1tbs lemon juicefreshly squeezed
  • 3/4cup currantsor raisins
  1. In food processor, combine apples, walnuts, cinnamon, juices and currants or raisins.
  2. Pulse briefly until desired texture is achieved.
  3. Serve with gluten-free matzo and enjoy!
