Israeli Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1/2cup tahini paste
  • 1/4cup lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp sea salt
  • 1/2tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 – 1/2cup waterdependent on desired thickness
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, minus water into bowl and mix together with whisk. Add water into mixture, 1/8 cup at a time until desired thickness is reached.

This tahini sauce is delicious as a salad dressing but also can be used as a marinade and dipping sauce for poultry, beef, fish, and any vegetables, cooked or raw!
