Simple Paleo Broccoli Rabe
This is a perfect side dish, it's a bit more bitter than regular broccoli
- olive oil - avocado oil is good too - 3 tbsp
- rabe - larger stems trimmed - 1 bunch
- garlic - chopped - 4 cloves
- lemon - juiced - 1/2
- salt and pepper
- While the tri tip is cooking, heat the oil and add the broccoli.
- As Emeril would say "USE YOUR KNOBS."
- Sautee on medium low heat for 15 minutes and add the garlic and salt and pep.
- Let that get happy and set aside.
