Perfect Sautéed Potatoes
GASP- real potatoes? Yep, they're from my CSA box and I love me some potatoes. Plus I'm a weight lifter so I need the backloaded carbs!
- In a cast iron skillet, heat the EVOO to medium heat
- Add the potatoes and S&P
- Sautee for 15 minutes or until tender but crunchy
Potatoes are a higher glycemic index carb, if you're looking to lose weight, I recommend keeping clear of these babies unless they're planned for a cheat meal!
