Hey Sweethearts!!
This recipe is going to make you pee pee in your pantalones. It’s so easy and it’s perfect for leftovers. This is fairly similar to the regular pork butt recipe I make but this one adds a little flavor of the islands man.
You’ll Need:
4-5 lbs pork butt
5 tbsp Jamaican Jerk seasoning (this has sugar as the last ingredient in it, so choose your battle here). If you want to make your own, do 3 tbsp of each of these: Scallions, Scotch Bonnet or Habanero peppers, Salt, Black Pepper, Allspice, Nutmeg, Citric Acid and Thyme- squish them all together with a mortar and pistil if you have one.
1 onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 orange, juiced

Pull out your slow cooker and get her fired up! This recipe is so ridic easy. Literally throw all of the ingredients in and set it to 6 hours on high, fill her up with water to cover the bum bum.
After that’s done, all you’ll need to do is get naked, pull out 2 forks and get to forkin’. BAHAHAHA! Shredding I mean, and the clothing is and will always be, optional!
Last step, preheat the oven to broil and place the shredded pork in a baking dish. Broil for 10 minutes or until crispy. Serve you tacos, take note that a sweeter salsa will do wonders here. If you can stand to make a pomegranate or mango salsa, please do so and add lime and chili powder
To Serve BOMB ASS TACOS:
10 leaves Romaine lettuce, cleaned and dried (shells)
1/2 Avo, sliced
1 small handful cilantro, sliced
1 Jalapeno, diced
1 large tomato, chopped
ADD anything else you love on tacos ( I love Tapatillo
